I am a London-based self-taught artisan chocolatier, and I launched Diana’s Chocolates in 2012. My chocolate bars are sold in luxury stores as well as many smaller independent larders and delicatessens. I have also supplied my chocolates at a number of corporate events and locations including St James’s Palace and the Sloane Club.

 My Story

I spent 20 years of my life working in publishing, a highly sociable industry that I loved.

When my son was diagnosed with autism I knew I needed to give up my career to focus on a new challenge and I needed to find something I could do from home that would be fun, exciting and delicious! Chocolate is always the answer to life’s ups and downs! So as with many good things, necessity became the mother of invention and I created Diana’s Chocolates.

 I combine my Indian and Middle Eastern heritage with a vibrant multicultural mix to produce robust, earthy flavours. On the one hand there’s aromatic rose infused and chilli & lemon and on the other, more traditional flavours like roasted almond, sea salt caramel and peanut butter.

 I hand make each bar using the best quality dairy free Belgian chocolate blended with pure extracts and delicate spices, hand made caramel and slow-roasted nuts, this process means each bar is perfectly flavoured.
